I Love Bad Boys

Love me some Mark Wahlberg.  Celebrity fantasy...FOR SURE.

However, I recently watched his "Good Vibrations" video to refresh my memory of his Calvin Klein, "I can almost rap" days.  If I wanted to watch a music video about some guy lifting weights, making out with girls, and rapping about...Sunkist?...I would've just called up my college frat boy friends.

Seriously Mark?  Is this the same guy that produced Entourage and starred as Dirk Diggler?

New Year's Resolutions

I'm not a huge fan of new year's resolutions.  All of a sudden, none of my friends have any money to go to the bar, because they've promised themselves a new car this year.  I have to wait half an hour for a treadmill to open up at the gym.  Motherfucker, if you want to lose weight, you probably shouldn't have eaten the entire pecan pie at Grandma's house on Christmas.  In short, it annoys me.

However, I realize the importance of goals.  Since I've had such a rollercoaster of a year, I'm just riding out the rest of my December, in hopes of starting fresh for 2012.

I've had a couple of conversations about diets with some of my friends and co-workers.  Glutten-free diets, vegan diets, no red meat diets, etc.

I challenge everyone to change their diet in 2012.  Even if that means, for three days a week, only eating vegetarian, or only allowing yourself to drink beer on the weekends.  Not only will it do wonders for your waistline, but it instills some discipline into your life.
